FAQ & WARRANTY INFORMATION
-
We design and build fully custom, large-scale RC trucks from scratch. Our builds are commonly used for trade shows, brand activations, parades, corporate displays, engineering clubs, and special events.
We offer:
Custom 1/3-scale RC trucks (box trucks, step vans, semis, specialty builds)
Design-to-reference builds (based on real vehicles or concepts)
Functional RC drivetrains with steering, braking, and lighting
Optional add-ons such as horns, backup alarms, smoke systems, remote-controlled switches, and auxiliary accessories beyond the standard RC electronics
Crating, insured shipping, and post-delivery support
Every build is made to order and tailored to how you plan to use it.
-
Start by contacting us through the website or email. Most customers send:
A reference image of the truck they want to recreate
Any design notes (colors, branding, accessories, use case)
Your location and any timing requirements
Once we review the details, we’ll confirm feasibility, provide pricing, and send an invoice. A 50% deposit is required to begin the build. The remaining balance is due when the truck is complete, prior to pickup or shipping.
-
Typical build time is about 1 to 2 months from the time the order and deposit are received.
Timelines can vary depending on:
Level of customization
Availability of specialty components or optional add-ons
Change requests during the build
We share progress photos throughout the process so adjustments can be made early.
-
Our trucks are built using:
High-quality wood for the body and structure
Steel components for axles and steering systems
Heavy-duty motors, electronics, and wiring
They are designed for durability, display use, and controlled operation — not as toys.
-
Most builds use:
Two 12V deep-cycle batteries, with capacity selected based on the model and configuration
A 12V / 24V power distribution system
RC transmitter and receiver for driving and steering
Lighting, horns, backup alarms, and other accessories run on 12V, while drive systems typically operate on 24V. Runtime depends on usage but averages several hours during event use.
-
Yes. Branding, wraps, and graphics are optional and quoted separately.
Some customers prefer:
Having us coordinate branding through a third-party vendor after the truck is completed prior to delivery/pickup
Receiving the truck unbranded and installing graphics locally through their own vendor
We coordinate the build so branding can be added cleanly and correctly in either case.
-
We ship nationwide and internationally.
Trucks are custom-crated
All shipments are insured
Ocean freight and air freight options may be available depending on destination and delivery deadline, with air freight used when faster delivery is required
Shipping costs depend on crate size, destination, and freight method. Final shipping costs are added to the balance once the build is complete.
-
Pricing depends on the model and customization level.
Base models start at a fixed price of $4500 for most fixed chassis models, and $5500 for semi-trailer models / dump models
Custom features, accessories, branding, and upgrades are added as needed
Shipping, crating, and insurance are billed separately
We’re happy to quote accurately once we review your reference images and requirements.

Every build includes a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty, which covers defects related to our build quality and assembly for the life of the truck.
This lifetime coverage applies only to our workmanship. Parts made by other manufacturers, such as batteries, motors, electronics, and accessories, follow their own manufacturer warranties. Typical manufacturer coverage includes batteries for 24 months, motors for 12 months, and electronic components for 30 days. We can assist with manufacturer warranty claims as a courtesy.
Every build also includes our Standard Warranty, covering 90 days from delivery. This includes:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Electrcal component failures under normal use
Motor or actuator failure caused by workmanship
24/7 priority technical support
Initial 90-day on-site support for major functional issues if remote troubleshooting does not resolve the problem
Optional warranty upgrades are available for customers who want longer coverage, expanded electrical system protection, cosmetic repair coverage, replacement part discounts, or extended service support.
Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, collisions, water or weather exposure, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper storage or transport, damage during third-party shipping, normal wear, or damage caused by improper operation or failure to follow instructions.
-
Yes.
For the first 90 days after delivery, on-site service is included for major functional issues if remote troubleshooting does not resolve the problem.
This applies to core operating components, including:
Motors
Controllers / drivers
Wheels
Drive systems
Steering systems
Related electrical and mechanical components
If the issue cannot be fixed using our instructions, we will travel to the truck’s location and perform the repair.
If the issue is caused by improper operation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow provided instructions, travel and service costs may be charged unless an on-site service add-on was purchased.
After the first 90 days, on-site service is only included if an optional on-site service add-on was purchased. These add-ons cover on-site labor, diagnostics, adjustments, repairs, and standard travel-related expenses during the selected service term. Lodging is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
-
Yes. We provide:
Remote technical support
In-shop service in Puerto Rico
Optional on-site service packages for commercial customers
We also assist with manufacturer warranty claims for motors, batteries, and electronics when applicable.
-
Because all trucks are custom-built, sales are final once delivery is completed.
If a customer no longer wishes to keep a truck, we may — at our discretion — offer:
A voluntary buyback evaluation
Consignment or resale assistance
These options are courtesy services and are not guaranteed.
-
It’s collaborative and transparent.
We:
Communicate directly throughout the build
Share progress photos
Adjust designs early when possible
Build with the real-world use case in mind
Most of our customers come from repeat business, referrals, or corporate projects — and many use their trucks at multiple events over time.
